![]() | Charlie Isaacs, VP of Service Cloud Strategy, Salesforce.com Charlie Isaacs has a track record of R&D leadership, starting with GTE (eventually became Verizon), where he served as Vice President of Engineering and headed a group of over 200 engineers working on government and commercial applications. Following GTE, Mr. Isaacs held R&D leadership positions at Answer Systems (acquired by Computer Associates), and served as Chief Technology Officer at Broad Daylight (sold to Primus) and at Primus Knowledge Systems until Primus’ acquisition by ATG. Charlie served as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Customer Officer at Kana Software, Inc. Mr. Isaacs holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara and an MBA from California Lutheran University. Charlie left KANA in 2009 and joined the Alcatel-Lucent/Genesys Global Innovations Group where he filed several SoLoMo (Social/Local/Mobile) patents and guided several customer service applications. Charlie joined Salesforce in 2012 and is VP of Service Cloud Strategy. Charlie has over 15 years of CRM experience. |

In his previous role, as the Chief Sales and Operations Officer for Europe until March 2010, he transformed Europe into one of Wipro's fastest growing regions. Under his leadership Europe grew significantly ahead of competition and established a stronghold in different markets. Ayan has been instrumental in driving growth and expanding Wipro’s customer base in France, Germany and the Nordics in particular. Wipro also grew its European development center footprint by opening new offices in Rennes (France), Cologne (Germany), Oslo (Norway), Reading, and London (UK), during his two year stint. |

![]() | Nikolaus (Klaus) Brunner, Lead Development Engineer, GE Energy Gas Engines Division With more than 15 years in the controls development department at GE Energy, Klaus is the technical project lead for the Gas Energy division's connected product initiative. He has deep experience with M2M, introducing the first remote monitoring system to the business based on analog modem technologies back in 1997 after beginning his career as a programmer of PLC systems with a focus on remote monitoring solutions. Klaus also architected a legacy, VPN-based solution used to connect more than 1,000 sites before ultimately choosing Axeda as their M2M application development platform. He graduated technical college for electronics/telecommunications in Austria. |

| David Hofert, Senior Director of Java Embedded Solutions, Oracle David Hofert is the Senior Director of Java Embedded Solutions within Oracle’s Alliances and Channels group. His team is responsible for creating solutions with customers and partners that leverage the range and depth of Java platforms and technologies for devices. David has been in high-tech with Sun since 1988 and has led teams in sales, marketing, and engineering covering Java, Solaris, and various embedded technologies. He recently spent a year focused on data collection and analysis for predictive behavior in the mobile/consumer space. David holds a patent for cross-language search and retrieval techniques. He has been with NCR for more than 15 years and has managed a variety of areas in the service organization including: major account support for European and Asia-Pacific partners, standardization of the Asia-Pacific Remote Service business, as well as building out the call center infrastructure for the region. Scott was also responsible for the introduction of Oracle ES to the global Remote Services teams. Prior to joining NCR Scott lead the services introduction for mid-range servers in North America for BULL HN, a French computer manufacturer.
